Here He is!....Taj for I did it! From her Line Art...My first digital coloring, WITHOUT A TABLET! I am so proud of myself! I busted my backside on this, My hand is cramped!
He is pure energy Fire, and light
We all know the smell of a static charge, just before the spark. Its the tell-tale warning before the jolt.
He can harness the power, and conjure the magic, then dissolve away, flowing through the atmosphere
like the shimmering beauty of the Arora in the eternal night.
Hurry!...you may see him before he takes flight....
it looks fine to me nice job especially without a tablet and for your first try at digital media the orange and red contrasts really nicely with the blue and purple

-"I have two heads, does that count?"
How in holy hell did you do that without a tablet?!?!! So jealous!!! >.< I wish I could do that!! I can just imagine those colors constantly in movement over his body... wow... and that description is great. You really captured the essence of energy here!
It was not easy!!!!! I struggled for hours every day! I constantly existed in fear of losing all the hand-cramping work, every hour!
That is why when I saw how it downloaded on DA, I was so Vexated! It totally flushed all that hard-earned work down the toilet!
I can only imagine how different things would have been if I had the luxury of a tablet!
BTW...I didn't intend to make the description sound like a poem, but it just came out that way. Maybe that is why I struggled so with the details, since My minds-eye knew exactly what I wanted him to look like. I am happy you like him so!

There are a lot of themes that run through the stock gallery many people have similar ideas but they pull them off in different ways. In this series of newsletters we will look at similar ideas but different outcomes.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
